Most solopreneurs are looking for the latest marketing trick or growth strategy to up-level their business and finally achieve that elusive breakthrough. 

But in my experience, the best trick has always been consistent mindset work and steady action. In fact, I focus on consciously raising my vibration through intentional thought and action — each and every day. 

Over the years, I dove deep into healing techniques, different modes of expression, and daily practices that would help me align with my purpose and live with intention. During that time, I assembled a toolkit of sorts that allows me to raise my vibration when I’m feeling low, off or in a funk. If I return to these habits and tools, they always help me get back on track. 

8 High-vibe Habits For Entrepreneurs 

Ready to feel like a high-vibe entrepreneur? Use these 8 easy tools to raise your vibration. 

1. Rise earlier. 

If you’re like me, there’s nothing better than that moment of absolute peace and quiet in the morning, before the rest of the house wakes up. It’s a window of opportunity when you can set your intentions for the day without the influence of the world or anyone else to affect the way you feel. Getting up even 15 minutes earlier can do wonders by giving you the space and time you need to consciously shift your vibration before you start your day. 

2. Break a sweat. 

Moving your body is a great way to get the energy flowing. If you’re blocked or feeling depleted, physical activity helps get your energy channels moving again, so you can push through lulls or funks and get back to a place of high energy and positivity. Breaking a sweat will help you get out of your head and into your body, so you can take a moment to really feel what’s going on with you. 

3. Check in with your energy. 

Another great way to raise your vibration is to check in with yourself energetically. If you’re not used to doing this, you may not feel anything at first. Just be patient. Also, use the tools that work for you, such as meditation, visualization, reiki, breath-work or anything else that helps you focus on the sensations in your body. Regardless of how you do it, the only goal is to see how you’re feeling in any given moment. Is your energy too high, stagnant, depleted? What is it calling for you to do next? 

4. Get motivated with your role models.

When I feel like I can’t raise my vibration on my own, I look for a little help from my friends. I might read or listen to a book, plug into a podcast, or watch a video from other thought leaders, entrepreneurs and high-vibe do-gooders. Anyone who’s aligned with where you are or where you want to be will do. Start reading and listening, and keep your favorite pieces of content on file for when you need that extra dose of inspiration or motivation.  

5. Journal. 

Sometimes the only way to raise your vibration is to first release the negative vibrations that are standing in your way. For me, journaling has always been one of the most powerful forms of release. More than that, journaling can also provide clarity. Sometimes you can’t get out of a funk because you’re not even really sure what’s got you down in the first place. Journaling will lead you to the core of any negative vibrations, allowing you to sort through them and let them go. 

6. Practice gratitude daily. 

Sometimes all you need to shift your vibration is a shift in your perspective, and nothing does that better than a little gratitude! By focusing on what you already have, you stop looking outside of yourself for more. You realize that your world is already enough, and you already hold the answers inside you. You have everything you need. When you operate from that mindset, you never come from a place of scarcity or need, but instead from a place of abundance, gratitude and unshakable worth. 

7. Choose a daily affirmation. 

Affirmations have helped me change my vibration both in the moment and over time. They’ve been a huge tool for me and continue to be to this day. Sometimes, especially if you had a difficult upbringing, you need to tell yourself the things no one ever told you. If no one ever said you were worthy, give yourself that gift. It will be so much more powerful than if it had come from someone else in the first place. So each day, choose the affirmation that will counteract whatever is bringing you down — and say it until you mean it.  

8. Rest. 

When all else fails, give yourself some grace and simply rest. Sometimes that’s all that will do. And the more you are gentle with yourself and your energy, the more you’ll be able to rise when it’s time.
